Performed works:

— Functioning as the head adjusting contractor.
— Commissioning and testing of heat and electrical equipment, I&C, S&CV, all local ACS (general station equipment) with all necessary pre-start and start-up operations to ensure the required characteristics and modes of operation of equipment and systems in accordance with the design and detailed documentation of equipment manufacturers.
— Incoming control of all I&C instruments in laboratory, including all local ACS and engineering systems (ventilation, air conditioning, heating, etc.).
— Metrological expertise of detailed documentation on APCS with a positive opinion. Initial calibration/verification of ACS measurement channels of the electric filter, boiler, steam turbine.
— Adjustment of commercial resource metering units with preparation of data sheets and measuring methods (MM) for each commercial metering unit.
— Development of limit value maps (setpoints) of process protections, protective interlocks for thermal and electrical equipment, ATS and alarms, coordination (approval) with Krasnoyarskaya CHPP-1 as required by the regulatory documentation.
— Technical management of trial runs of the main and auxiliary equipment.
— Testing as required by SO UES JSC within the scope necessary for commissioning of the facility.
— Compilation of the list and development of data sheets for pipelines, vessels, units and equipment under the jurisdiction of Rostechnadzor, as well as support for their registration with Rostechnadzor.
— Comprehensive electrical installation from installation of cable routes to laying of cable lines and disconnection (over 155 km in length). Installation of 6 kV complete switchgear (23 cabinets), installation of 0.4 kV auxiliary switchgear (14 cabinets and 2auxiliary transformers).
— Installation with connection of more than 800 items of instrumentation and control systems on the equipment: Boiler Е-220-13.8-560. Electric filter. High-pressure steam pipes. feed water pipes.
— Installation with connection of more than 170 positions of shut-off and control valves on the equipment: Boiler Е-220-13.8-560. Electric filter. High-pressure steam pipes. Feed water pipelines.
