— A full range of construction and assembly, electrical installation and commissioning works, including the provision of equipment and materials as part of facility construction projects.
— Installation of bored piles, incl: Drilling 1056 boreholes with a diameter of 1200 mm, depth down to 30 m, installation of casing pipes, manufacture and installation of reinforcement frames, concreting.
— Arrangement of an adjacency to a public motorway, including landscaping, planting and technical reclamation of land plots.
— Reinforcement and concreting of foundations for 48 wind turbines, concrete volume 24 432 m³.
— 47 km of on-site motor roads.
— Improvement and landscaping of the WPU site, on-site roads and technical reclamation of land plots.
— Development of the programme and implementation of measurements of the WPU foundation settlement values.
— 60 km of cable trenches for 35 kV power cables.
— Connection of cables: 35: 0.4 kV and FOCL.
— Manufacturing, installation and commissioning of WF control module (as part of PKU, MSchU, ACS), DGU, creation of communication networks, PIES SOAS, CAEMS, WPU ACS, video surveillance, RACS and LSC, bird deterrence, FSS and WACS, ERS, GPSS.
— Commissioning. Preparatory stage.
— Complex testing of WF and experience of GPFC (GTP 1, 2, 3, 4)
— Integration of WF systems with PICC (Delta/8).

— Generators with nominal voltage 0,75 kV, U = 0.75/0.65 kV converters, 35/0.65 kV power transformers, WPU auxiliary equipment and 35 kV complete gas-insulated gas-insulated switchgear (GISG).
— WF control module with a backup power supply source: diesel generator unit (DGU).
